How do I request a refund?

My remote control isn't working

Make sure your Audio Ape receiver is plugged in or your Bluetooth remote is paired. Open the app, go to Stage Mode, and press the TEST button in the top right to check if events are being received.

How do I transfer my shows to a new phone?

Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID. Download the app on your new device, sign in with the same Apple ID, and re-import your audio files.

Can I suggest a feature?
